@GeckosMaster - Thanks for the update. Often times, in the bodybuilding world, women tend to get branded as trans because of their muscle mass. I found Nicole's body sexy and her feet nice although, IMHO, she was not the prettiest girl in the room. Her presence will be missed and I for one am glad she will have a place here on Wikifeetx.

She was an IFBB Pro FEMALE bodybuilder that started in the sport at the age of 27. Also known as Nicole Savage, she was married to Karsten Pfutzenreuter. Earlier this year she went public about her battle with bladder cancer.

Unfortunately she lost that battle and passed away early in October this year.
