She definitely needs to have all those moles on her face removed....especially that big hairy one on her lip. It always surprises me to see anyone, especially otherwise cute girls, going thru life with big hairy moles on their face when an hour visit to a skin doctor can solve that problem forever.

Are you confusing what she needs with what you want her to do? If she has no insecurities about her moles and they're not cancerous, why does she "need" to remove them beyond your projection of what is attractive?
